Building Continues At Michigan St.Progress Made This Week 9/28/09 thru 10/2/09 The masons have been working on the west wall and the main entrance. 99% of the joist are set. Decking is 95% complete. Electrician has been installing interior underground pipe.Work to Begin Next Week 10/5 thru 10/9 Complete structural steel and decking. Complete masonry. Install HVAC roof curbs. Unstall roof blocking. Continue interior electrical underground. Install irrigation north of the parking lot and the islands. Start on the under floor drain. Complete excavation on the east side of the building and seed. Place top soil in parking lot islands. Continue interior plumbing underground. Install roof drain sump pans.
